Hey everyone! I don't know about you, but I absolutely love a nice glass of wine every once in a while. A while ago, my sister and I visited Coffin Ridge Boutique Winery in Annan, Ontario and let me tell you, it is one of the most beautiful wineries I have ever been to. The landscaping and views from the winery are absolutely stunning, and made for some great fall photos. Not only is it a beautiful place to visit, but their wines are to die for. We ordered a few flights to try a variety of their wines and our favorite was by far the Resurrection Rose, I highly recommended it! I also loved the Sparkling Pear wine, which is a beautiful and bubbly fruit wine. Further, if you like the pairing of wine and cheese (which I certainly do), they have a delicious charcuterie board that you can order. It came with a variety of cheeses, meats, veggies, fruit, and breads. If you're like me and have gluten sensitivity, they also had an option of gluten free rice crackers!
I also had to try some of their ciders because how can you not have cider in the autumn months? I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed all of their ciders. However, my favorite was the Forbidden Raspberry cider which is nice and crisp and just the right amount of sweet (Olivia thinks it's a bit too sweet - but to each their own opinion). They also have a new Haskap Berry cider out, which I cannot wait to try!
Overall, our experience at this winery was amazing and we will definitely be planning a trip back soon. If you have not yet visited Coffin Ridge, I would highly recommend it!
