Olivia's Fun Summer Makeup Finds

If you're anything like me, you probably love how cute seasonal makeup can be. It's such a fun way to express yourself and there can be some seriously awesome finds. In my opinion, summer makeup should be super light and fun - there's nothing worse than heavy makeup in 30 degree weather! I've looked through some popular makeup brands to find any good deals or new products that are fun to experiment with! Here's what I found:

bh Cosmetics Weekend Vibes Mimosa Palette

This palette is such a good price and has such fun shades to experiment with! I'm pretty neutral with my makeup looks, but in the summertime I love to use bright shades to spice it up. If you're conservative with your makeup or just want to dip your toe into bright colours, try using these shades along your outer waterline!

Tarte Hydrocealer

An important staple for a summer makeup look is a good concealer. Tarte ShapeTape is praised a lot for it's coverage. Expect the same amount of impressiveness in Tarte's Hydrocealer but experience a much lighter consistency. I always prefer light makeup and this seems like a perfect fit for summertime.

ColourPop Coconuts For You 'Just a Tint" Lip Duo

These colours are wonderful neutrals for summertime and give you the perfect light colour for going to the beach. If you want to have a set that is a bit more vibrant and fun, try out 'Cherry and Bright' or 'Dragon my Heart Around'.

Milk Holographic Stick

So this is a bit more out there, but I think holographic looks are absolutely adorable. It gives a bit of a space/mermaid vibe! They also are super cute for festivals or even just a day by the water. The great thing about this is that it's versatile and can be worn as highlighter, eyeshadow, or lipstick and that it comes in neutral and bold shades!

NYX Escape Artist Eyeshadow Palette

This palette has all the warm summery colours you could ask for! It's definitely more neutral than the bh cosmetics palette in this article so it's perfect for all of you lovelies who prefer the natural look!

Nars Orgasm X Oil Infused Lipgloss

This lipgloss is too gorgeous to not list it in this blog post! The shimmer in this gloss is gorgeous and I'm in love with the sheer shade - it goes on so smoothly, doesn't feel sticky like most glosses, and the scent isn't too strong or overwhelming.
